Cartes will showcase three fully operational production lines at LOUPE Americas 2026, highlighting new developments in digital embellishment, laser diecutting and integrated label production.

At Hall D, Booth 5710, the company will feature its GEMINI GE363WJ2R equipped with a flexo unit, semi-rotary die-cutting and the latest JET D-SCREEN digital embellishment technology. The system features two independent print bars capable of applying two different digital varnishes in a single production pass, allowing converters to simultaneously produce spot varnishing and Digital Metallic Doming effects while maintaining registration.

Cartes will also demonstrate the GT365WHFSR, configured with two flexo units, hot foil stamping, conventional screen printing and semi-rotary die-cutting. The configuration enables multiple printing and finishing processes to be combined inline for one-pass production of premium labels.

A third production line will demonstrate Cartes’ laser diecutting technology, which the company has been developing since 1999. The company will highlight its patented ILC – Invisible Laser Cutting system, designed to eliminate the traditional white edge that can appear when laser die-cutting labels with dark backgrounds.

According to Cartes, its modular platforms allow converters to integrate conventional and digital printing, embellishment and converting technologies according to specific production requirements, with an emphasis on reducing job changeover times and expanding opportunities for high-value label and packaging applications.
